About the Position
Golden Staff is inviting a Sales Manager for Corporate Training to join our team! The position will be available from the end of June. If you are the talent we have been waiting for, we are ready to start earlier!

Who We Are Looking For?
- An experienced B2B Sales Manager
- A person with a proactive attitude, high self-organization, and result-orientation
Responsibilities
- Search and attract new clients (companies that need corporate training)
- Manage the full sales cycle – from the first contact to contract signing
- Conduct negotiations and presentations for HR, department heads, and business owners
- Develop individual training proposals according to client needs
- Handle objections and ensure successful deal closure
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain their loyalty
- Record communications in CRM, update client information, and track deal statuses
- Analyze the market and competitors, seek opportunities to improve sales
