Sales Representative (Luxury Cosmetics)

About the Position

We are looking to hire Luxury Cosmetics Sales Consultants with relocation to Paris, France. Join our dynamic team and engage in the exciting world of premium beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics
• Approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products
• Demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively
• Build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards
• Work full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00
• Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment

Requirements

• French B2 or above, same goes for English
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment
• Previous sales, retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required
• Available to work full-time in Paris
• EU citizenship or a valid French work permit is required
