Sales Representative

About the Position

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our multinational company with over 600 employees in Romania, focusing on developing the client portfolio in the area of BPO/Call Center services. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Taking over and processing customer requests such as order registration, track & trace activities, and customer support, in accordance with working procedures, via the telephone, respecting the stages of the phone call and using appropriate call center, telemarketing, negotiation, and objection handling techniques during the conversation;
• Identifying clients in the databases in accordance with requirements;
• Interacting with customers telephonically to identify problems and find corresponding solutions;
• Providing requested information (general and personalized);
• Maintaining quality standards for services offered to clients;
• Entering customer data and subsequently verifying it;
• Responding promptly to requests and seeking alternative solutions to problem resolution.

Requirements

• High school degree (or equivalent);
• Very good communication skills;
• Ability to exercise discernment, responsibility, courage, attention, promptness of reactions, balance, and self-control.
