About the Position

We are seeking a SAP Account Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, UK. This role involves managing SAP ERP projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage SAP ERP projects and client relationships
Develop and implement business strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Proven experience in SAP ERP
Strong background in Business Development
Proficiency in Account Management
Excellent consulting and change management skills
Experience in Executive Search and Sales
Knowledge in Recruitment, Human Resources, and Program Management
Familiarity with SAP Applications, including SAP HANA, SAP HR, SAP R/3, and SAP Projektmanagement
Ability to screen resumes and qualify candidates
Strong team-working, coaching, and mentoring skills
Experience in Databases, Cold Calling, and Business Process management

Nice to Have

Experience in IT Recruitment and Database Admin
Knowledge in PMO and Client Development
Team Leadership skills
Basic knowledge of German and Polish

Languages

English: Native speaker
Polish: Native speaker
German: Basic knowledge
