SAP Business Analyst

About the Position

We’re looking for a SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Bucuresti, Romania. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring Senior-Level experience (5-10 years). The role is pivotal in providing expert-level support and resolution for Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM) module-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and resolution for SAP PM, QM, and WM modules.
• Collaborate with national and international internal customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Analyze incidents, create solution concepts, and implement customized solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Work globally in cooperation with other SAP teams and report directly to the appointed IT Manager ‘SAP Global Operational Support’.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field with a strong ERP background.
• 6+ years of experience in the described area of responsibilities, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of configuration/customizing of SAP PM, QM, and WM.
• Experience working in a SAP support role and communicating well with global/regional IT teams, internal customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
• Results-oriented with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Active participation in a multinational team.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English (both written and oral).

Nice to Have Skills

• Additional knowledge in SAP modules outside the core scope.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging.
• Team lead skills for intercultural teams.
• Exposure to ITIL and/or other structured service management methodologies.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with small and large groups.
