Responsibilities
- Solution Design für SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von EC
- Design von Datenmodellen, Workflows und Integrationen
- Konzeption von Schnittstellen zu SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen
- Analyse crossmodularer HR-Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei Tests, Deployment und Go-live
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in EC-Konfiguration, Datenmodellen und Workflows
- Erfahrung mit Integrationen und End-to-End-HR-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in komplexen Implementierungs- oder Transformationsprojekten
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Zertifizierung
Framework
Start: September 2026
Duration: 12 Monate + Verlängerungsoption
Workload: 80%
Location: 80% Remote, 20% Onsite in Germany
Project Language: German
