We are looking for Secretary/-ies to join our office management team. In this role, we want to see a self-motivated person who can work on multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems, effectively manage time, and immediately tackle urgent tasks and requests, help the company operate smoothly, take on administrative and organizational tasks in the office, and assist management teams in daily work and with personnel requests. This role may sometimes require providing assistance outside of office hours.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient office operations;
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, register incoming and outgoing correspondence (both in paper and electronic format);
  • Greet business clients, visitors, and invited persons;
  • Maintain and order office supplies and personal items for the management team;
  • Manage conference rooms and schedule meetings;
  • Organize the execution of personal commitments of high-level management and manage personal requests;
  • Assist the internal communications team with event organization.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English, proficiency in Russian will be considered an advantage;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Integrity, honesty, punctuality, communication skills, accuracy;
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks, prioritizing them and paying close attention to detail;
  • At least one year of experience in a secretary/administrative assistant position will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with high-level individuals externally and internal collaboration skills.

We do not want to set any limits, but if we talk about numbers, the monthly salary for this position starts at 1300 EUR before tax, depending on your experience and skills.
