About the Team

We are looking for a Senior Appian Technical Specialist to join a strategic digital transformation project in one of our main banking sector partners.

You will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the solution, reviewing the architecture, design, implementation, and deployments on Appian, identifying risks, and guaranteeing compliance with quality, security, performance, and scalability standards.

Daily Responsibilities

• Review and validate the architecture and technical design of solutions on Appian.
• Ensure the application of good development practices, performance, and maintainability.
• Analyze integrations, data model, security, and deployment processes.
• Evaluate the quality of developments and reusable components of the platform.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to guarantee the quality and scalability of the solution.
• Define technical recommendations and follow up on agreed actions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the model to support the progressive incorporation of new processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Appian participating in complex and large-scale projects.
• Solid knowledge of architecture, development, integrations, security, and performance.
• Experience leading technical reviews and ensuring the quality of solutions.
• Ability to identify risks, propose improvements, and ensure the scalability of the platform.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Appian certifications (Lead Developer or similar).
• Experience as an Appian Architect, Technical Lead, or Lead Developer.
• Experience in banking sector projects or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps, system integration, and technical governance.
