Senior Associate, Payer Strategy & Ops

Headway is revolutionizing mental healthcare by building a new system that everyone can access. We've automated the administrative nightmare of insurance, and now we're expanding our platform to serve over 1 million patients with the best tools for therapists. Join us as a Senior Associate on our Payer Strategy & Ops team to drive commercial KPIs and competitive intelligence, and help us change mental healthcare for the better.

Responsibilities

• Own the production of commercial KPIs and competitive intelligence resources.
• Drive coordination of commercial reporting cycles.
• Enable the infrastructure powering our fast-moving payer partnerships org.
• Work on critical strategic workstreams for the team that drives our org's commercial operating system.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in strategy / management consulting or a similar strategy & ops role.
• Bonus points for healthcare experience.
• Operationally excellent with the ability to manage a huge volume of moving pieces.
• Fluent and skeptical use of AI tools.
• Resourceful, scrappy, and detail-oriented.

We Offer

• Compensation: Estimated Base Salary Range $90,440 – $133,000.
