About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of our Product, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM UA Kyiv time.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product
- Analyze back-end specifications and API technologies to support product development
- Retrieve and validate data from databases using SQL queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on product goals and priorities
- Support the design of web applications from a business analysis perspective
- Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations
- Participate in regular paid overtimes as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in API technologies such as REST
- Familiarity with back-end specifications, including XML and JSON, is preferable
- Knowledge of relevant database concepts and proficiency in SQL queries
- Expertise in web applications design
- Great communication skills
- Stress resilience
- English level B2 and higher
