Senior Cloud Administrator

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Administrator to join our rapidly growing Engineering team in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure normal operation of Sidecar's production applications
• Develop a strategy for solidifying operational competencies
• Take ownership of our Amazon Web Services account
• Work closely with the Site Reliability Team to resolve issues
• Leverage the latest developments in IaaS and SaaS
• Establish security practices and data governance processes
• Support the transition to full cloud-based infrastructure
• Lead the transition to production and staging application platform using Kubernetes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems & Network Administration, especially in the context of the AWS Cloud
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• Experience with Containerization and Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Configuration Management with Ansible and Terraform
• Understanding of Information and Platform Security
• Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring using CloudWatch, ELK, and Grafana
