About the Position
Shape smarter building application services at EG, combining your Norwegian case-processing expertise with AI to deliver trusted advice, training, and solutions for customers.
Combine deep expertise in building application processing with a genuine interest in how AI can strengthen regulatory work – and help our customers navigate one of the most important and legally complex areas in our portfolio. EG ByggSøk is a key part of our portfolio and helps companies manage building applications and regulatory requirements efficiently.
Do you know Norwegian building case processing inside out - and are you curious about how AI can make regulatory work faster and more reliable? Then you might be our new Senior Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Act as a responsible applicant (Ansvarlig søker) and advisor on behalf of our clients.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical advice and solutions.
- Deliver high professional quality in our services and customer deliveries.
- Hold courses within your profession and our software.
- Keep up to date on changes in laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, and ensure that knowledge is reflected in our deliveries.
- Support the development of EG's solutions within the building case area.
- Help establish best practice for using AI within the building case area.
- Assist with your specialist expertise in support cases.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for great customer experiences.
- Experience with municipal building case processing.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical advice and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Great Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Structured, analytical way of working.
- Experience with AI tools or motivation to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a responsible applicant (ansvarlig søker).
- Experience with training, guidance, or customer dialogue.
- Familiarity with digital tools and workflows within building case processing.
