Responsibilities

• Trigger Program Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the overall trigger program strategy in EMEA. Develop new trigger strategies and optimize existing ones against key performance metrics.
• 365 Program: Support the EMEA-owned 365 program to drive incremental marketing support and business acceleration. Brief agency partners, review creative, manage feedback rounds, and schedule executions.
• Channel Health Reporting & Insights: Drive reporting and insights initiatives. Responsible for channel data pulling, analysis, insight mining, and providing strategic recommendations to improve channel health and marketing/business outcomes.
• Digital Brand Standards & Channel Best Practices: Participate in the team's role as a channel center of excellence. Educate different functions on creative standards and strategic/tactical best practices within the channel.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in CRM or life cycle marketing, digital, media, brand, or retail marketing.
• Experience in developing and executing consumer life cycle journeys and consumer-centric strategies.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of mining for consumer and commercial insights, and translating into actionable opportunities.
• Understanding of channel design fundamentals and creative best practices, enabling efficient briefing and directing of agency teams on channel outputs.
• Experience in segmentation and personalization, with proven ability to leverage audience insights to build consumer segments and ensure highly relevant content.
• Familiar with key CRM KPIs and metrics, and able to measure impact of campaigns, report on learnings, and recommend strategic next steps to reach business/brand objectives.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with a track record of leading projects in autonomy, and a demonstrated ability to balance between creative and operational tasks.
• Passion for sport in any or all its various forms, along with knowledge on the culture surrounding it.
• Familiarity working with tools such as Keynote, AirTable, Figma, and Tableau.
