About the Position

We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Backend Engineer with expertise in Shopware, Laravel, and e-commerce integrations to join our remote team in Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development for European enterprise clients, focusing on Shopware.
• Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and deliver payment and AI-driven e-commerce features.
• Architect and document technical solutions before implementation.
• Run live demos at Shopware Community Day.

Requirements

• 13+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Master in Software Engineering from FPT University (GPA 8.3).
• Expertise in PHP & Laravel backend development.
• Deep specialization in Shopware & E-commerce Integrations.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Databases & Performance Tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Helm, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in AI & Machine Learning Integration (TensorFlow, Keras, SageMaker).
• Working knowledge of Frontend Technologies (ReactJS, VueJS, Livewire, Filament, Laravel Blade).
• Application of Software Engineering Practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS, Dependency Injection, Repository pattern, TDD/BDD, Agile/Scrum).
• Development experience with Python & Data/ML Development (Django, TensorFlow, Keras, SageMaker).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Knowledge of CakePHP, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Queue Systems, CI/CD.
