About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with extensive experience in creating complex web applications to join our team in Gdańsk or remotely.

Over the years, we have built dozens of smaller, several dozen medium, and several gigantic projects – from abandoned startup ideas, through apps supporting medium and small businesses, to complex, full-featured multi-platform banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex web applications
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and analysts
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Follow accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Create readable, testable, and maintainable code
• Independently analyze and solve technical problems
• Work in a team and cooperate with various stakeholders

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in creating frontend applications, particularly complex web applications
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Very good knowledge of at least one of the frameworks: React or Angular
• Experience with Next.js or RxJS, depending on the framework used
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and Clean Code principles
• Experience in integrating frontend applications with REST API and backend services
• Knowledge of creating accessible web applications and WCAG standards
• Ability to create readable, testable, and maintainable code
• Independence in analyzing and solving technical problems
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration with Backend Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and analysts

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux or NgRx
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
• Knowledge of Docker
• Experience with cloud solutions
• Experience with microfrontend architecture
• Participation in decision-making regarding the architecture and technical direction of frontend applications
