Senior Manager, Data Analytics

About the Position

Optimize Partners is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics for our client, a late-stage SaaS technology company based in NYC. This role is pivotal in shaping and leading the strategy to deliver data-driven customer insights both internally and across their customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Analytics Practice, encompassing People, Processes, Assets, and Tools
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Services to develop data-driven presentations that articulate the organization's business value to customers
• Collaborate and consult with internal teams to provide insights to clients, helping them acquire and retain customers
• Shape product offerings by leveraging and transforming existing data
• Work with Operations to develop a business case framework that quantifies the ROI of Products and Services

Requirements

• Experience delivering analytics and consumer insights, preferably within enterprise technology, SaaS, or eCommerce
• Track record of leading, growing, and inspiring high-performing teams
• Experience facilitating data-driven discussions directly with clients
• Ideally, Brand and/or Retail industry experience
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI tool
• Flexibility for travel up to 20%
