About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Network and Security Architect with expertise in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and network security to join our team in München, Germany.

Responsibilities

Architektur und technische Verantwortung für große Palo Alto Networks Firewall-Infrastrukturen in Enterprise- und Service-Provider-Umgebungen.
Design, Standardisierung und Governance zentraler Firewall-Management-Architekturen mit Panorama, inklusive Device Groups, Template Stacks, Policy-Strukturen und Konfigurationsstandards.
Umsetzung von Sicherheitsarchitekturen nach Palo Alto Networks Best Practices, insbesondere VSYS-Design, Segmentierung, Policy Governance, User-ID, App-ID, NAT, VPN und SSL Decryption.
Durchführung von Firewall-Migrationen von Cisco ASA, Firepower und Fortinet auf Palo Alto Networks NGFW, inklusive Risikoanalyse, Rulebase-Transformation, Implementierung, Validierung und Optimierung nach der Migration.
Troubleshooting komplexer Netzwerk- und Security-Themen, darunter Routing, NAT, VPN, App-ID, User-ID, SSL Decryption und Traffic-Flow-Analysen.
