About the Position

FEL260828P5A1: Senior Python & React Developer (Brussels, remote 60%, 15 months)

We are seeking a Senior Python & React Developer to join our team at joyIT Recruiting GmbH. This role is focused on supporting ongoing initiatives within our existing team, specifically on an AI platform for internal communication between agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FASTAPI.
• Design and implement user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Develop and manage databases using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQLAlchemy.
• Implement security protocols using SAML, OAuth, and EntraId.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through testing with Pytest.
• Utilize DevOps techniques including containerization, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with the team to bring innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python, React, FASTAPI, SQLAlchemy, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD, and Micro-services architecture.
• Experience with AI technologies such as MCP, A2A, LangChain, LangGraph, and Co-Pilot.
• Proficiency in service and API development, queues and messaging (RabbitMQ), and database development.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, including containerization and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React, JavaScript, CSS, and NX for MicroFrontend.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Micro-services architecture.
• Knowledge of additional AI technologies.
