(Senior) Pitch & Marketing Coordinator – German & English (m/f/d)

About the Position

For an international professional services organization, we are looking for a (Senior) Pitch & Marketing Coordinator with German and English (m/f/d).

This is not a sales role. You will support an international team in preparing pitches, presentations, and marketing materials for clients, as well as coordinating information needed for various client and marketing projects.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience in marketing, business support, proposals, or a similar area and would like to develop further in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations, and client materials.
• Researching and collecting information needed for proposals and presentations.
• Preparing and updating marketing materials, templates, and internal content.
• Supporting the coordination of client events and other marketing initiatives.
• Preparing materials and information for client meetings.
• Supporting internal communication activities.
• Updating client and project-related information in internal systems.
• Cooperating with colleagues and stakeholders across different international teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, proposals, pitches, or business development support, ideally gained within a professional services, consulting, advisory, or similarly complex international environment.
• Fluent German and English, including excellent written communication skills.
• Experience preparing professional presentations, proposals, marketing materials, or other client-facing content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editing and/or proofreading skills.
• Ability to research, structure, and present complex information in a clear and professional way.
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
