Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer / Procurement Officer to join our team in Tuen Mun. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand procurement requirements, coordinating and implementing procurement plans, executing procurement activities, and supporting the administration and management of NEC4 contracts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Coordinate and implement procurement plans in line with project specifications, budgets, timelines, and governance requirements.
• Execute procurement activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, and contract award.
• Support the administration and management of NEC4 contracts, ensuring that procurement strategies are aligned with NEC4 requirements.
• Fully comply with Veolia’s procurement policies, procedures, approval processes, and delegated authorities.
• Work closely with the operations, commercial, and finance teams, as well as other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, public utilities, or a large and reputable organisation.
• Proven experience in tendering and contract procurement within public utilities, government-related entities, infrastructure projects, or sizeable private-sector firms.
• A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance.
• Experience working with NEC4 contracts would be a definite advantage.
