About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Banking) to join our team at BARVATECH LTD, a software engineering company with expertise in FinTech and Blockchain.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of large-scale financial products from scratch
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and translate insights into product decisions
- Prioritize backlog using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or similar
- Write clear PRDs and user stories for engineering teams
- Analyze product metrics, funnels, and conduct A/B testing
Requirements
Hard Skills
- 5+ years in Product Management
- 5+ years in FinTech
- Proven track record of building banking or neobanking products from 0 to 1
- Deep understanding of core banking: accounts, cards, transactions, KYC/AML, compliance
- Experience with crypto, payments, or lending is a big plus
Soft Skills
- English - B2+ (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with both users and engineering teams
- Structured thinking and ability to break complex problems into clear, actionable steps
- Ownership mindset and treating the product as your own business
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
