About the Position

Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application. Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, Uklon Store, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service. As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries - Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The service currently covers 31 Ukrainian cities and the Bukovel resort, as well as Tashkent and 5 regional hubs across the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of the new product development strategy to achieve set KPIs
Develop a value proposition for the product based on user needs, utilizing marketing and product channels
Analyze the competitive landscape and propose adjustments to Uklon’s products to address competitive challenges
Analyze key performance indicators for product development and work on improvements
Plan and implement projects in accordance with the approved marketing plan
Manage marketing expenditure budgets for products within your area of responsibility
Take a leadership role in cross-team collaboration with key stakeholders
Analyze the effectiveness of completed projects and prepare regular reports

Challenges for Three Months

Achieve the product’s business performance KPIs
Develop the value proposition based on the approved product positioning, in collaboration with key stakeholders
Implement projects and campaigns in accordance with the approved marketing plan

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or Category Marketing roles at companies with large-scale products/categories – experience in marketplaces would be an advantage
5+ years’ professional experience
Experience of cross-team collaboration
Experience of effectively developing products/categories
Understanding of marketing tools, metrics, formulating GTM strategies and business cases
Work with large volumes of data – making decisions based on insights derived from it
A high level of responsibility and attention to detail
Experience of successfully managing product/category launches
Start-up mindset – a focus on business results, a willingness to take on greater responsibility and to go beyond one’s area of responsibility
Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level would be an advantage
