We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland. This role focuses on client management and relationship building within our Private Banking segment.

Our Private Banking Center supports high-net-worth clients in comprehensive wealth management. We combine financial market knowledge with an individual approach, offering tailored solutions to meet clients' investment needs and goals. Responsibilities

• Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products
• Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnership relationships
• Ensure the quality of portfolio service
• Identify current and future client needs
• Match product offerings
• Provide the highest quality of advice and service
• Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches

Requirements

• Higher education (economics preferred)
• Experience in sales of investment products
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking
• Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomics
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Polish proficiency at C1 level
• Valid driver's license (category B)
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to develop necessary competencies for the position
