Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland. This role focuses on client management and private banking, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products.
• Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnership relationships.
• Ensure the quality of portfolio service.
• Identify current and future client needs.
• Tailor product offerings.
• Provide the highest quality of advice and service.
• Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches.

Requirements

• Higher education (economics preferred).
• Experience in sales of investment products.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Banking.
• Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomics.
• English proficiency at level B2.
• Polish proficiency at level C1.
• Possession of a category B driving license.
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to develop necessary competencies.
