We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our Private Banking team in Częstochowa, Poland. This role involves managing private banking clients and offering tailored financial solutions.

Our Private Banking Center supports wealthy clients in comprehensive wealth management. We combine financial market knowledge with an individual approach, offering solutions tailored to the needs and investment goals of our clients. Responsibilities

• Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products
• Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnership relationships
• Ensure the quality of portfolio service
• Recognize current and future client needs
• Adapt the product offering
• Ensure the highest quality of advice and service
• Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches

Requirements

• Higher education (economics preferred)
• Experience in sales of investment products
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Banking segment
• Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomics
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Polish proficiency at C1 level
• Category B driver's license
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to develop necessary skills for the position
