Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland. This role focuses on client management and private banking, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products.
• Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ensure the quality of portfolio service.
• Recognize current and future client needs.
• Tailor product offerings.
• Provide the highest quality of advice and service.
• Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches.

Requirements

• Higher education (economics preferred).
• Experience in selling investment products.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking.
• Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomics.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Polish proficiency at C1 level.
• Valid driver's license (category B).
• Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to develop necessary skills for the position.
