Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland. This role focuses on client management and private banking, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products
• Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnership relationships
• Ensure the quality of portfolio service
• Recognize current and future client needs
• Adapt the product offering
• Provide the highest quality of advice and service
• Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches

Requirements

• Higher education (economics preferred)
• Experience in sales of investment products
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Banking segment
• Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomic issues
• English proficiency at level B2
• Polish proficiency at level C1
• Valid driver's license category B
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to develop necessary competencies for the position
