We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our Private Banking team in Częstochowa, Poland, focusing on client management and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products
Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnership relationships
Ensure the quality of portfolio service
Recognize current and future client needs
Match the product offering
Ensure the highest quality of advice and service
Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches

Requirements

Higher education (economics preferred)
Experience in sales of investment products
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Banking segment
Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomic issues
English proficiency at B2 level
Polish proficiency at C1 level
Driving license category B
Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to develop the necessary competencies for the position

Nice to Have

Experience in relationship management
Advanced knowledge of financial products
