About the Position

Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Private Relationship Banker to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland. This role focuses on client management and relationship building within our Private Banking segment.

Responsibilities

Actively offer products and services, with a focus on investment funds and pension products
Acquire clients from the private banking segment and maintain long-term partnership relationships
Ensure the quality of portfolio service
Recognize current and future client needs
Adapt the product offering
Ensure the highest quality of advice and service
Collaborate closely with retail and corporate branches

Requirements

Higher education (economics preferred)
Experience in selling investment products
Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking
Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomics
English at B2 level
Polish at C1 level
Valid driver's license (category B)
Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to develop necessary competencies
