About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Business Analyst who thrives on challenges. This role combines deep technical investigation, direct customer interaction, and core BA responsibilities. Our team will build a new front-end application for the healthcare domain, designed to replace an existing legacy system. Gathering requirements will be a demanding task, drawing from test cases, interviews with EPAM QA specialists, hands-on exploration of the current UI, and conversations with Knowledge Owners when available. We're looking for a professional who excels both technically and interpersonally. Resilience under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and document how the existing system and business processes function
  • Guide features through their full development lifecycle
  • Support ongoing improvement of internal team processes
  • Liaise with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Partner with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
  • Create product and requirements documentation, user guides, and release notes
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for designated modules of the Product
  • Ensure requirements remain accurate, complete, high-quality, and usable
  • Help shape the Team's Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
  • Lead acceptance testing for delivered backlog items

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience, with a self-motivated, mature approach to solving problems
  • Strong critical thinking abilities paired with a customer-first mindset
  • Capability to craft solutions and translate requirements into guidance for UX/UI designers in support of business goals
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams
  • Willingness to actively shape and refine the Team's Business Analysis practices and standards
  • Solid grounding in web application design paired with a technical mindset
  • Confident command of written and spoken English (B2 or above)
  • Practical experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Solid grasp of system integration principles
  • Comfort with digging into data to test and validate assumptions, even without advanced technical skills
  • Resilience and composure under pressure

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work remotely from Ukraine
  • Engaging and challenging role in the healthcare domain
  • Collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Continuous professional development opportunities
