About the Position
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the integration experience design for employer and ATS partner workflows on a contract basis, designing for a highly technical, B2B partner-facing audience. You will own the full design lifecycle from discovery and user flows through high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff, translating complex system requirements and data-heavy processes into clean, scalable UX/UI solutions. The role requires 4+ years of professional Product UX Design experience, Figma proficiency, A/B testing experience, and hands-on use of AI-assisted design tools. US-based candidates only.

- Simplify complex systems: Translate intricate system requirements, technical constraints, and data-heavy processes into clean, scalable UX/UI solutions.
- Take genuine ownership: Own the entire design lifecycle from day one-from initial discovery, user flows, and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Align design with business: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and external partners to ensure design solutions support and enhance real-world partner relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional and hands-on Product UX Design experience.
- Experience with Figma.
- AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Experience working within an established design system.
- Usability testing.
- A/B testing.
- Overlap with the US Pacific and Central time zones.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS, recruiting, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products.
- Experience designing for two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker/employer marketplaces).
- Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles.
- Overlap with Eastern Time time zone is a plus.
We Offer
- Growth without limits: build your skills through mentorship, internal TechTalks, challenging projects, and a dedicated annual learning budget.
- Competitive compensation: get recognition that reflects your skills and impact, with regular performance and compensation reviews.
- Flexibility: work 100% remotely with flexible hours that support focus, autonomy, and a healthy work rhythm.
- Meaningful, modern projects: build impactful products using modern technologies alongside global teams and leading brands.
- Collaborative culture: join a supportive environment with zero micromanagement where ideas are welcomed and contributions are recognized.
- Well-being & support: access local well-being programs and people-focused support tailored to your location.
