About the Position

ServiceNow Developer - Central London

TrinIT Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract based in Central London. This role falls Out of Scope of IR35 and offers a pay rate of £350 per day.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow for various modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue, and SLA Management.
• Write solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Perform integration work using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Manage CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue, and Service Portal.
• Gather requirements from the business and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Handle testing, troubleshooting, deployments, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 7 to 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of ITSM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Integration Hub.
• Configuration experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue, and Service Portal.
• Good grasp of ITIL processes, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and SLA Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITSM.
