About the Position
We are seeking a Social Media Content Specialist with experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and content creation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media trends, sports, and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the global SMM strategy and marketing goals.
- Create content ideas, titles, captions, and visuals following our tone of voice.
- Prepare briefs and tasks for designers, ensuring visual and message alignment.
- Collaborate with the team on cross-geo campaigns and ensure localization for the market.
- Monitor trends, memes, football news, and cultural events that matter for the audience.
- Conduct content analytics to track performance, audience reactions, and engagement insights.
- Ensure quality and timing: relevant, engaging, visually strong, and on-brand.
Requirements

Core Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in SMM.
- 2+ years in content creation: copywriting, news, memes, announcements, trends.
- Deep understanding of sport/football: teams, players, tournaments, context.
- Solid understanding of visual aesthetics (composition, typography, color).
- Good self-management skills: prioritization, focus, and discipline.
- Fluent in meme language (lvl 69 meme-archivist).
- Healthy impostor syndrome you question your work just enough to keep growing.

Secondary Skills:
- Experience in iGaming / betting / casino projects.
- Basic skills in Photoshop / Figma.
- Understanding and using AI tools.
