About the Position
We are seeking a Solution Architect (Integration Design) with expertise in Salesforce and SAP integration to design and implement end-to-end integration architecture.
Job Responsibilities
- CGC Expertise: Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, including object models, sharing rules, and integration patterns.
- Data Cloud Solutions: Architect Data Cloud solutions - data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, and activation use cases (segmentation, personalisation, scoring).
- Coding Standards and Architecture Review: Establish coding standards and architecture review processes for Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative configuration.
- Architecture Artefacts: Produce and maintain architecture artefacts: solution design documents, data flow diagrams, integration architecture, and decision logs.
- Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into phased technical roadmaps.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead architecture reviews, discovery workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements. Mentor senior developers and contribute to practice development and reusable assets.
- Platform Monitoring: Monitor platform releases across all three clouds and assess impact on existing solutions.
Requirements
- Solution Architect (Integration Design):
- Define end-to-end integration architecture across SAP, Salesforce, CGC, and external systems (EDI/3PL, banking), including interface contracts, data flows, and error-handling strategies.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance of integrations; guide teams, review designs, and align with business and technical stakeholders.
