About the Position
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist for an international automotive company in Poznań, Poland. If you enjoy working with people, are comfortable with data, and want to gain experience in a production environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Introduction and monitoring of orders in the system
- Control of inventory levels and delivery dates
- Contact with suppliers and ongoing resolution of operational issues
- Verification of documents (deliveries, invoices)
- Support in procurement planning and inventory analysis
- Participation in complaints and efficiency activities
- Collaboration with warehouse, logistics, and other departments
- Reporting and ongoing operational tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good work organization and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- English language proficiency at B2 level
