About the Position
Specjalistka / Specjalista ds. Obsługi Pacjenta - Radom (PZU Zdrowie)
We are seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our medical center in Radom, offering a stable position, modern equipment, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Rejestracja pacjentów na wizyty lekarskie i inne usługi medyczne
- Udzielania pełnej i rzetelnej informacji na temat usług medycznych świadczonych w Centrum Medycznym oraz zasad jego funkcjonowania
- Prowadzenie ewidencji wykonanych usług medycznych
- Przyjmowanie płatności od pacjentów za wykonane usługi medyczne
- Praca biurowa i administracyjna
Requirements
- Doświadczenie zawodowe w obsłudze Klienta
- Umiejętność obsługi komputera i urządzeń biurowych
- Wysoka kultura osobista, empatia oraz orientacja na Pacjenta
- Zdolności szybkiego uczenia się oraz dbanie o jakość i efektywność swojej pracy
- Umiejętności pracy w zespole, komunikatywność, odporności na stres
