About the Position

Golden Staff is seeking a Senior Analyst / Head of Planning and Analysis for a leading FMCG company in Kyiv, focusing on commercial analytics and business growth.

Our partner is a large Ukrainian manufacturing company in the FMCG sector with over 1000 employees. The company is actively transforming its business model, enhancing its commercial analytics and building a centralized data-driven decision-making system.

Due to this, we are opening a key role for an expert who can establish the analytical function and influence business efficiency.

Location

• Kyiv (3-5 minutes walk from the building to Pecherska metro station) / Candidates willing to relocate or travel are also considered

Schedule

• Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00

Compensation

• Based on interview results

Main Tasks

• Building a KPI system (metrics, data sources, automation)
• Developing a system for planning and analyzing indicators
• Formalizing reporting (Power BI)
• Automating data collection and processing
• Factor analysis of indicators and finding growth areas for the business
• Developing the analytical function and managing a team (1-2 analysts)

What is Important

• Experience as an analyst for 3–5 years
• Experience in commercial analytics
• Experience in FMCG / manufacturing is a plus
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI
• Skills in working with large datasets
• Understanding of financial indicators and sales economics
• Experience in building analytical models and automating reporting
