Your Tasks

• Acquire clients from the Mid-Corp segment (BIG; annual sales revenue over 80 million)
• Build partner relationships with clients by recognizing their needs, matching them with our product offerings, and providing ongoing advice
• Ensure the quality and profitability of the client portfolio
• Implement the sales plan (credit products, FM, Cash Management, leasing, factoring, beyond banking)

Our Expectations

• Experience in sales-related work with banking products and services in the large company segment
• Higher education (economics or related fields preferred)
• Active use of a category B driver's license
• Enjoy working with people, easily establish new contacts, and know what teamwork means in practice
• Carefully observe, draw accurate conclusions, and propose solutions tailored to the client's situation
• Proficient in Polish at least at the B2 level
