Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Support the HR team in daily operations and projects
Participate in recruitment processes and onboarding activities

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in Human Resources and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
