About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to run and improve our IT infrastructure across a distributed team. You will own the day-to-day health of our Microsoft 365 environment, Windows and Linux systems, networking, and security, and help us automate and scale how we work, including support for emerging AI agent systems.

Responsibilities

Operational Activities

  • Administer and support the IT infrastructure.
  • Manage the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Keep business systems available and reliable.
  • Run monitoring and incident response.
  • Manage backups and recovery.
  • Implement new solutions and tools.
  • Optimize and automate processes.

Strategy and Development

  • Plan the infrastructure and propose improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Keep security compliance up to date.
  • Provide L2/L3 support.
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers.
  • Liaise with management on IT needs.
  • Maintain IT accounting documentation.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Higher technical education or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience as a system administrator.
  • Hands-on experience running infrastructure for 50+ users.
  • English at B1 level or above.

Core Technical Competencies

  • System administration: Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, networking, backup, Docker, version control, VoIP, cloud migration, and scripting.
  • Corporate infrastructure and business systems: Microsoft 365, MDM, monitoring, and ticketing.
  • Information security: Access control and infrastructure audit.
  • DevOps: CI/CD and cloud platforms.

Personal Qualities

  • Self-reliant and proactive.
  • Able to multitask across competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Available on call during incidents.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft, Linux, or CCNA certifications.
  • Experience with Power Automate workflow automation.
