About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to support the continued growth of our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle across technical, business, creative, and leadership positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, acting not only as a recruitment partner for day-to-day hiring needs, but also as an advisor on talent strategy, market conditions, and long-term team growth. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing and interviewing expertise with an analytical mindset, a high level of ownership, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple technical, business, creative, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role profiles, and effective recruitment strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional communities, and employer-brand initiatives.
• Proactively engage passive candidates, including specialists for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide clear, timely feedback to hiring teams.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Advise the business on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring processes and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a product company.
• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from role intake and sourcing to offer management.
• Strong direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates, including specialists for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies of varying seniority and complexity simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and a consistent focus on results.
• Analytical approach and experience working with recruitment metrics, identifying trends, and improving hiring processes.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to make decisions and act quickly in a dynamic environment.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
