Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full recruiting process for ongoing vacancies, from role briefing to contract decision.
Talent Acquisition: Recruit international specialists and experts for Product, Engineering, Data & AI, and Sales roles.
Role Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop precise role profiles, requirement profiles, and meaningful scorecards.
Process Optimization: Structure the selection process to ensure transparent, efficient, and well-founded decisions.
Consultation: Provide close and constructive advice to management, even when profiles, compensation, or processes need to be adjusted to market realities.
Candidate Identification: Identify suitable candidates through active sourcing and manage communication throughout the recruiting process.
Continuous Improvement: Incorporate market and candidate feedback to continuously improve search strategies and hiring decisions.

Requirements

Must-Have

Several years of experience in recruiting Product and Tech profiles, ideally in international and competitive markets.
Deep understanding of what makes strong Product Managers, Engineers, and Data/AI profiles.
Proficiency in international active sourcing and filling demanding specialist roles.
Experience in developing structured interview processes, role profiles, and scorecards.
Confident consultation of hiring managers and the ability to critically and market-appropriately challenge requirements.
Very good German and English language skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in recruiting for Sales positions in a B2B or software environment.
Openness to the targeted and responsible use of AI in sourcing.
Experience in rapidly growing or transforming companies.
