Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other business-critical roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
• Own recruitment analytics, tracking hiring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and using data to continuously optimize hiring performance.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence, including salary benchmarking and competitor research, to support strategic hiring decisions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, referrals, talent communities, AI-powered sourcing, and other modern recruitment channels.
• Conduct competency-based and case interviews and assess candidates using structured evaluation frameworks and scorecards.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies and competing hiring priorities.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing Hiring Managers with market insights, hiring recommendations, and talent intelligence.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven best practices.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by strengthening Magnetics' presence in the talent market and supporting talent attraction activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a product company or hiring product teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics, hiring funnels, and market insights to make informed hiring decisions and optimize recruitment performance.
• High level of ownership and accountability, taking full responsibility for hiring outcomes and proactively driving recruitment initiatives from strategy to successful hire.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, LinkedIn AI, and other AI-powered sourcing & productivity tools) to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, market research, interview preparation, recruitment analytics, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels and platforms.
• Proven experience hiring business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, challenge hiring assumptions, and identify talent that creates business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Passion for talent branding. Comfortable representing Magnetics in the talent market by building a professional LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and actively engaging with talent communities.
• English (written and spoken) - B2 or higher.
