About the Position

Hi there! We're CyberCare - part of Tesonet Accelerator - a customer care company for global tech brands. We combine AI-powered automation with a human touch to create smooth, stress-free experiences for millions of technology users worldwide. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Vilnius. This is a full-time remote role.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume recruitment for entry-level, back-office, and tech roles.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels: job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with our Employer Branding person to attract talent and present our company at career fairs and other events.
• Organize and conduct interviews, and support our hiring managers in running theirs.
• Work closely with our ATS (Ashby) - and help us tidy up, structure, and automate our workflows.
• Create a great candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Track and use recruitment data to spot what's working and what can be improved.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or similar roles (1+ year). Experience with tech recruitment is a big advantage.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing several searches at once.
• Detail-oriented and genuinely tech-savvy - you pick up new tools quickly (Ashby, Canditech).
• Knows how to search for talent on LinkedIn or other databases and is familiar with ATS.
• Data-minded: comfortable working with recruitment metrics such as fill rate, interview-to-offer rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill.
• Results-driven, but a team player first - we've built a strong, collaborative culture and want to keep it that way.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Available to work full-time.

• Experience with Ashby and Canditech.
• Familiarity with data-driven recruitment metrics.

Compensation

• Gross Salary: 2000 - 2500 EUR/month.
