About the Position

Team Lead SEO

We're seeking a Team Lead SEO with 3+ years of commercial SEO experience and 1+ year in iGaming leadership to join our multicultural team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business group and work remotely or on-site in beautiful offices located in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies across projects.
• Analyze traffic dynamics, identify causes of traffic drops, and formulate recovery plans.
• Conduct technical audits and assign tasks to developers.
• Perform A/B testing of SEO hypotheses.
• Develop long-term SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage an SEO team, mentor specialists, and conduct performance reviews.
• Implement best practices and standardize processes.
• Monitor KPI achievement and project status.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, Content, Link Building, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• SEO Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial SEO experience.
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role in iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of search engine principles and Google ranking factors.
  • Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
  • Experience working in highly competitive niches.
  • Ability to analyze traffic dynamics and formulate recovery plans.
  • Experience working with iGaming projects.
  • Ability to conduct technical audits and assign tasks.
  • Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses.

• Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to develop long-term SEO strategies.
  • Understanding of SEO impact on business metrics.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement them.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
  • Understanding of business priorities.

• Team & Project Management

  • Experience managing an SEO team.
  • Skills in specialist development and performance reviews.

  • Ability to allocate projects based on competencies and workload.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Backlog management skills: prioritization, deadline control, risk management.
  • Ability to delegate while maintaining quality control.

• Process Management

  • Ability to implement best practices.
  • Ability to improve team efficiency.
  • Experience standardizing processes.

• Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project expenses within the approved budget.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of budget allocation.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Product, Development, Content, Link Building, and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Management.
