Team Leader Logistics Store Support

Full-time

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in one of the most modern, highly automated distribution centers in Bulgaria? We are looking for a Team Leader Logistics Store Support to join our team of over 350 colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Organization and monitoring of the work of Logistics Store Support team
• Creating and aligning standard & Holidays store delivery schedules with DCB Transport & Operation department
• Follow-up on TDR reports from the countries and claims from Franchise
• Tracking the data related to the TDR result and making improvement plans together with DCB Operation, Transport, and other involved teams
• Cooperation with Purchasing Department in Denmark – typical, untypical cases, project, intervention, changes in deliveries, control of orders
• Cooperation with all departments in DCB, Purchasing Department in Denmark, and all other DCs in JYSK
• Control and verification of store campaigns and creating schedules for deliveries
• Organization and control for supplying articles of store equipment and goods for new stores and rebuilt stores
• Exequting intercompany procedures between DCB and the stores
• Leading, motivating, and engaging the team

Requirements

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high-quality results
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with managing or coordinating people and processes will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills and customer-first attitude
• Very good command of English – both written and verbal
