About the Position
We are seeking a Team Leader (Python) to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading a multicultural team in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland, with the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software engineering and a strong proficiency in Python.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
- Plan and coordinate team work, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and upgrade existing systems.
- Promote practical AI Engineering adoption within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with back-end frameworks (FastAPI).
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and Serverless development.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Nice to Have
- Practical AI app experience.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
- Experience with message brokers (e.g., NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of gambling or gaming industry technology stacks.
