Technical Associate Consultant (Admin Support) – Oracle Retail MFCS

Work Mode: Hybrid - Should be ready and willing to work in the Singapore Time Zone

We are seeking a skilled technology professional to deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves managing batch operations, system health, and environment support for MFCS.

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve batch scheduling issues (POM)
Perform environment health checks (RDS Ops)
Monitor system performance and logs
Support month-end / EOD batch cycles
Coordinate environment refreshes
Handle basic security issues: User / role / privilege issues
Work with Oracle support for infra-related issues

Requirements

Experience in: Batch monitoring tools (POM preferred)
Oracle Retail cloud operations (RDS)
System performance monitoring
Basic knowledge of: SQL, Security (IDCS / roles)
