Technical Associate Consultant – Oracle Retail MFCS (AMS)

Work Mode: Hybrid - Should be ready and willing to work in the Singapore Time Zone

We are seeking a skilled technology professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves providing L2 technical support for issue resolution, debugging, and minor enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Data fixes via SQL/PLSQL
• Batch job issue analysis
• Support integration debugging
• Assist in report fixes (BI Publisher)
• Support minor enhancements (APEX/APIs)
• Log analysis and issue tracking

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST)
• Willingness to work in AMS support model

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Oracle Retail preferred
