About the Position

Técnica/o de control de instalaciones y gestión energética
What We Offer
- Incorporación inmediata.
- Contrato indefinido.
- Horario: Jornada continua en horario de mañana de lunes a viernes.
- Salario: oficial de 1º según convenio del metal del Principado de Asturias.
Responsibilities
- Control and Operation: Operate and supervise in real-time the installations of climatization, heating, and electricity.
- Advanced Energy Management: Monitor and control the energy consumptions of the building/installation, applying techniques oriented to energy saving.
- Billing Management: Control, analyze, and manage the energy billing of the installations, ensuring the verification of tariffs and the optimization of the contractual costs with the suppliers.
- Incident Resolution: Identify, deviations, or technical problems in the BMS control systems.
Requirements
- Education: Grado Superior (CFGS) en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos, o similar.
- Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in:
- BMS systems, building automation, or control of complex installations.
- Management of energy consumptions and supervision of energy billing.
Skills
- Knowledge:
- Management of centralized control systems of leading brands: TREND, HONEYWELL, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, and/or JOHNSON CONTROLS (Metasys).
- Solid knowledge in low, medium, and high-voltage electrical installations.
- Knowledge in climatization installations (coolers, boilers, VFR systems, climatizers, pumping) and control of accesses and lighting.
- Computer tools: Office Suite (advanced Excel for billing data analysis), AutoCAD, and facility control applications.
