Como Gerente de Território da Align Technology, vendendo equipamentos de odontologia e ortodontia, você identificará e priorizará as contas-objetivo em seu território atribuído, impulsionará o crescimento ao entender continuamente as necessidades do negócio e fornecerá uma experiência positiva ao cliente.

Como o rosto da Align Technology, você será fundamental na comunicação com os clientes e na sua assistência, com resultados positivos para os pacientes.

Responsibilities

• Gerenciar proativamente um território para avaliar continuamente as necessidades e o potencial para identificar oportunidades, bem como incorporar novas contas de grande potencial.
• Planejar e executar uma estratégia de vendas para determinar a visão da prática, identificar lacunas e estabelecer soluções para o crescimento.
• Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos positivos com todos os níveis de contas, incluindo funcionários, assistentes e doutores, demonstrando o foco da prática, com base na integridade e confiança.
• Entender as capacidades das contas para identificar oportunidades de melhorias e fornecer treinamentos técnicos e recursos, para garantir clientes bem equipados para tratar pacientes, com as soluções adequadas da Align e assim garantir resultados positivos aos pacientes.
• Solicitar recursos internos adicionais da empresa para melhorar a experiência do cliente e promover continuamente os produtos da Align.
• Ultrapassar os objetivos de vendas e estabeleça a segmentação correta dos clientes em seu território.
• Administrar as informações corretas utilizando o Salesforce.

Requirements

• Ensino superior completo em áreas correlatas.
• Mais de 4 anos de experiência em vendas, experiência anterior com dispositivos médicos é um diferencial.
• Experiência comprovada com realização de vendas bem-sucedidas e experiência com vendas consultivas e competitivas.
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.
• Ter um olhar voltado para a resolução de problemas e discussão de negócios (ROI, margens, marketing).
• Experiência com criação de planos de ação.
• Gestão de KOLs e orçamento.
• Carteira de Habilitação B ativa.
